Please read these terms together with the travel agreement, itinerary and any supplementary arrangements supplied for your booking. Your agreement identifies the contracting travel company, services, price, payment schedule and cancellation conditions.
We will explain important booking conditions before you sign. Please ask us to clarify anything you do not understand.
Nothing in these terms removes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Before signing, check that your agreement accurately records:
The confirmed itinerary and written supplementary agreements form part of your booking documents.
The travel agreement takes effect when signed or sealed by both parties, subject to any lawful, expressly agreed arrangements for electronic signing. Sending an inquiry or receiving a preliminary proposal does not by itself confirm a booking.
The price and included services are stated in your travel agreement.
Personal purchases, insurance, activities outside the agreed itinerary and other personal expenses are excluded unless expressly included.
Your agreement will specify whether payment is required in advance, in full when signing or according to another agreed schedule. Any deposit, balance deadline, accepted payment method and applicable fee must be explained before booking.
Please follow the payment instructions provided for your agreement and retain your payment records. We will provide an invoice for the agreed travel services in accordance with applicable requirements.
We will provide the services and standards agreed in your travel documents and obtain travel services from qualified suppliers.
Before departure, we will provide the confirmed itinerary, relevant safety information and emergency contact arrangements. Where guiding is included, guides will meet applicable professional requirements.
We will not make unauthorized changes to your itinerary or reduce agreed service standards. Changes requiring your agreement will be explained and recorded in writing.
If an emergency or safety incident occurs, we will take the necessary assistance and response measures required by the circumstances and applicable law.
Please provide accurate identification, contact and reservation information, together with an emergency contact.
Tell us about health conditions, mobility needs or other circumstances relevant to the suitability and safety of the proposed trip. We can discuss the demands of particular activities and any arrangements that need checking.
You are responsible for obtaining the travel documents required for your journey, making agreed payments and attending confirmed meeting points on time.
During travel, follow applicable laws, site rules and safety instructions. Respect local customs, religious practices, communities and the environment.
If you need to leave an organized activity temporarily, agree the arrangements with your guide in advance.
Our private and small-group tours follow a no-forced-shopping policy.
We do not include compulsory commission-driven shopping stops in sightseeing itineraries. You may refuse shopping or separately charged activities that you have not requested or agreed to.
Any shopping time or optional paid activity arranged at your request must be voluntary, clearly explained and compatible with the agreed itinerary and other travelers’ arrangements.
A cultural visit may offer products for sale, but a purchase is not required.
Changes agreed by both parties will be recorded in writing.
Before accepting a change, review the revised services, price and any additional costs. Where a change reduces the agreed travel cost, the corresponding reduction will be refunded.
Availability may limit changes to accommodation, transport or activities. We will explain those limitations rather than treat a requested change as automatically confirmed.
Before the trip begins, you may request to transfer your contractual rights and obligations to another traveler.
We will not refuse without a justified reason. Restrictions may arise where a reservation cannot be transferred, transport cannot be arranged for the replacement traveler or an activity has particular eligibility requirements.
Additional costs resulting from the transfer are payable by the original and replacement travelers as agreed in the travel contract.
You may cancel your travel agreement before the journey ends. Send your cancellation notice in writing to the booking contact identified in your agreement.
Your agreement must state the applicable cancellation schedule, necessary-cost deductions and refund deadline before you sign.
Necessary costs may include expenses already incurred in performing the agreement and payments to local operators or service providers that cannot be recovered.
For cancellation during the journey, the calculation must also account for services already provided. Any deductions must comply with the agreement and applicable law.
If you miss the agreed departure and do not join the tour later, the cancellation provisions in your agreement may apply.
Where a shared small-group departure requires a minimum number of participants, that requirement will be stated in your agreement.
If the departure cannot proceed, alternatives may include another departure date, a different route or transfer to another travel company. These arrangements require your agreement; we will not transfer or combine your tour without the required consent.
If the agreement is cancelled because the minimum participation requirement is not met, the travel fees collected will be refunded. Any additional compensation due depends on the notice period, the agreement and applicable law.
We may also terminate an agreement in circumstances permitted by law, including serious conduct that threatens public safety or other travelers’ rights. Termination does not automatically make all payments non-refundable.
Events beyond reasonable control may prevent the journey from proceeding as agreed.
If the agreement cannot continue, either party may terminate it. If only part of the itinerary is affected, we will explain proposed changes; you may decline them and exercise the termination rights available under the agreement and applicable law.
Where termination results from an applicable unavoidable event, recoverable travel fees will be refunded after deducting qualifying payments already made to local operators or service providers that cannot be recovered.
We will take appropriate safety and assistance measures. Additional accommodation, meals, return travel and emergency costs will be allocated according to the circumstances, agreement and applicable law.
Disruption does not automatically remove our assistance obligations or make every payment non-refundable.
If the agreement ends during the journey, we will assist you in returning to the departure point or another reasonable destination. Responsibility for return costs depends on the reason for termination.
Where agreed services are not provided or unauthorized changes reduce your trip’s duration or standard, we remain responsible for the remedies required by the agreement and applicable law.
During independent activities, choose experiences appropriate to your abilities and follow safety warnings. Our applicable duties to warn and assist remain in place.
Using a hotel, transport provider or other supplier does not automatically remove our contractual responsibilities.
We recommend personal travel insurance appropriate to your circumstances and planned activities. Check coverage, exclusions and claim procedures with your insurer.
If you ask us to arrange insurance, the product, insurer, premium and coverage must be recorded and confirmed.
We will protect traveler information in accordance with applicable requirements. Reservation details and information relevant to travel safety will be handled for the agreed arrangements and other lawful purposes.
If a concern arises during your trip, contact your guide or the designated trip contact promptly so we can assess it and seek a resolution.
For unresolved concerns, provide your booking reference, a description of the issue and relevant supporting information.
You may also seek assistance or mediation through the competent authorities or appropriate dispute resolution organizations. Court proceedings or arbitration will follow applicable law and any valid dispute resolution agreement.
Your travel agreement will identify the contracting company and the agreed dispute resolution arrangements.
